On April 4, 2000, I received a letter from attorneys representing Fry's Electronics, Inc. It seems they feel that my use of their mis-printed advertisment infringes one of their registered trademarks.

The graphic in question has been removed... for now.

I have consulted with my attorney, and am currently exploring my legal options regarding this matter.

It's worth noting that the attorneys for Fry's were not demanding the shut-down of this site entirely, just the removal of the one graphic. I took the rest of the site content offline as a temporary precaution, during which time I was examining the site's overall content, as well as my legal position concerning the matter.
