9th Circuit Court of Appeals reverses Anti-SLAPP decision!
In a stunning defeat for Fry's, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed an earlier decision made by the district court which would have struck down my motion to strike the state law counterclaims in the countersuit filed against me. This opinion was precedent setting and will be published in the law books forever. It is, as they say, a big deal.
